My go to after workout smoothie bowl. Delicious.

1/2 cup organic oatmeal
1 cup of oat milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
Pinch of Himalayan salt
1/4 berries
1 banana sliced
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Drizzled with almond butter.

Smoothie bowls can be so versatile and alternative to smoothies.

Nothing like a zucchini frittata with fresh zucchini from the garden and farm fresh eggs. Simple and nutritious. Zucchini is high in Vitamin A, Maganese, Vitamin C, Pottasium, Magnesium, Vitamin K, Folate, Vitamin B6, Thiamine and phosphorus.
