My go to after workout smoothie bowl. Delicious.
1/2 cup organic oatmeal
1 cup of oat milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
Pinch of Himalayan salt
1/4 berries
1 banana sliced
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Drizzled with almond butter.
Smoothie bowls can be so versatile and alternative to smoothies.
