This 2-hour Elemental Rhythm Breathwork workshop is designed as a deeply restorative and transformational experience supporting participants in reconnecting with their body, releasing emotional tension, and accessing inner clarity.

Elemental Rhythm Breathwork is an active, guided breathwork practice using conscious connected breathing, music, and somatic awareness to help regulate the nervous system and gently move stored stress and emotions through the body. The session creates a safe and supportive space where participants can access deeper self-awareness, relaxation, and renewed vitality.

Workshop Flow >> Participants will be guided through:
• Grounding and intention setting
• Introduction to breathwork and safety guidelines
• Elemental Rhythm Breathwork journey (approximately 40–45 minutes)
•Integration and gentle closing to support embodiment and reflection

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Eye covering (scarf or eye mask) — required
• Notebook & pen — required
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing

About our instructor - Ichraq >> After a successful career in corporate finance, a profound personal healing journey led me toward somatic and transformational practices.
