Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) is a balancing yoga posture that builds strength, stability, and openness in the body.

🌙 How to practice:
1. Start in Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) with your right hand on the floor.
2. Shift your weight into your right foot.
3. Lift your left leg up and back, aligning it with your hip.
4. Open your chest to the side, stacking the left shoulder over the right.
5. Extend your left arm up toward the sky.
6. Gaze forward or upward (if you feel stable).

🧘‍♀️ Benefits:
• Strengthens legs, ankles, and core
• Improves balance and focus
• Opens the chest and hips
• Stimulates the nervous system (great for mental clarity)

⚠️ Tips:
• Use a block under your hand for more stability
• Keep your standing foot active and grounded
• Avoid collapsing the chest — rotate the heart open
• Slightly bend the standing knee if needed

Trataka Yoga (Trataka Meditation)
Yogui teacher .quan

Tratāka is a yogic cleansing and concentration practice from Hatha Yoga Pradipika. The word means “to gaze steadily.”

What it is

Tratāka is a form of meditation where you fix your gaze on a single point—most commonly a candle flame—without blinking, to train focus and calm the mind.

How to practice
1. Sit comfortably with your spine straight.
2. Place a candle at eye level, about an arm’s distance away.
3. Gaze softly at the flame without blinking.
4. When your eyes start to water, gently close them.
5. Observe the after-image of the flame between your eyebrows (inner gaze).
6. Repeat for a few rounds (5–10 minutes total).

Benefits
• Improves concentration and mental clarity
• Calms the nervous system
• Strengthens eye muscles and vision (traditionally believed)
• Prepares the mind for deeper meditation
• Helps release mental restlessness and emotional tension

Spiritual aspect

In yogic tradition, Tratāka is linked to activating the Ajna (third eye) center, enhancing intuition and inner awareness.

Important tips
• Practice in a dark, quiet space
• Don’t strain your eyes—relax your gaze
• Avoid if you have serious eye conditions (or consult a professional)

Rooted in yoga and Ayurveda, Thai Massage (Nuad Boran) is an ancient healing art from the temples of Thailand. Through assisted yoga stretches, acupressure, and energy line work, it releases tension, improves circulation, boosts immunity, and restores energetic balance.

$222 per month.
Course is January to April.
Yoga classes are unlimited during this period)
