She came to us wanting to tighten up her core and build some lean muscle… but as a mom with a busy schedule, her biggest struggle wasn’t eating less.

It was actually learning to eat MORE.

More structure. More protein. More fuel.

Because when you actually nourish your body, that’s when it responds. Results don’t always come from cutting food down… sometimes they come from eating more of what you need, while still enjoying the foods you love.

It’s about working smarter.

This is a 12-week transformation. Down 20 lbs, without extremes.

Ashley has been working with us since July 2025. Based on consistent judge feedback, staying in bikini would have required a level of tradeoffs that didn’t align with her goals long-term.

Instead of chasing extremes, we chose a category that fits her body and her life.

Ashley has kids, a family, and a full-time career as a teacher. For her, this path allowed her to compete without sacrificing time with her kids, balance, or longevity in the sport.

We built a proper offseason and downsized with intention. Now prep is structured, sustainable, and ahead of schedule, giving us room to fine-tune instead of rushing or reacting.

She didn’t take the easier path. She chose the right one for her.🫶

Join us in wishing our very own a Happy Birthday! 🥳

This athlete is something special. She shows up, works hard, applies every bit of feedback, and it shows. I actually had to convince her to enjoy a few extra carbs for her birthday… that’s how dialed in she is.

She was hesitant at first, but because it was part of the strategy, she trusted the process and followed through. Discipline on another level.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. Today we celebrate you, queen!

6 weeks into prep and already making crazy progress🔥

Andrea’s a paramedic by day, bartender by night… juggling long shifts, back-to-backs, and still carving out time to train, pose, and show up for herself.

But she’s also human. Some weeks are heavier than others, and we’re keeping prep realistic by working with her schedule, not against it. No cookie-cutter plans here.

We’re planning her show based on how she’s looking and letting her physique set the pace rather than forcing a fixed timeline. Because real life doesn’t pause for prep… but with the right strategy, they CAN coexist.

When Lillian joined us in 2023, she placed 4th in her very first bikini competition. Many would have been satisfied, but not this girl. She saw room for improvement, trusted the process, and took a proper offseason to come back stronger.

Fast forward to this year at the President’s Cup Natural Show, where she not only competed but dominated:

🏆 1st Place in Novice, Junior, and Open A
🏆 2 Overall Titles
✨ Now qualified for Nationals!

This little powerhouse is proof that size doesn’t matter—discipline, determination, and heart do. Balancing a busy university schedule, Lillian followed every instruction to a tee and showed up every single day, proving what’s possible when you fully commit to your goals.

Lillian, we couldn’t be prouder of you. You’re small but mighty, and you’ve set the bar high for what it means to trust the process.💪💖

6-week progress for athlete , and we couldn’t be more proud of her!

At 19, she placed top 5 in a stacked class at her first show after just a 6-week prep. We took the judges’ feedback and dedicated a year to focus on growth. Now, she’s coming back even stronger!

What truly sets Lillian apart is how coachable she is—one of the most important qualities for success in this industry. She takes direction incredibly well, stays focused, and always trusts the process. Despite a full schedule as a student, Lillian balances meal prep, training, and school like a champ - and it’s all paying off.

This time, after a proper offseason, we committed to a full 16-week prep, and she’s bringing an even stronger package to the stage. The progress she is making every week is a reflection of her dedication, hard work and discipline.

We’re nearing the finish line, and we can’t wait to see her shine on stage again. Let’s do this!!!! ✨

continues to get results with every check-in since he started with us as a lifestyle client. His goal was to burn fat, build muscle and to look and feel better overall. He has no plans to compete, but the way things are developing I could see him considering it.

In about 4 months we have substantially altered his body composition, improved mobility/posture, developed shape and put muscle in the right spots. It’s important to note that Gianluca is a 100% natural athlete, is currently eating 4400 calories per day, enjoying the foods he is eating, and typically having 1 cheat meal per week.

It all boils down to structure and ex*****on. 2 things that when combined and revisited weekly can allow for consistent progress. Gianluca and I communicate weekly via his check-in reports and generally a follow-up phone call. We are currently committing to 1 in person session per month whether it be training or therapy based. I have found this system to work very well with him specifically and I’m sure come summer we will be seeing something special.
