It’s Psychology Month, a gentle reminder to slow down and take care of your mind, especially during life’s busy or overwhelming moments. 💛

If stress, worry, or anxiety feels heavy, grounding techniques can help you feel a little more steady and present—right where you are.

Try this simple breathing exercise:
• Sit comfortably and place your feet on the floor
• Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds
• Pause gently for 2 seconds
• Exhale through your mouth for 6 seconds
• Repeat for a few calm breaths

You don’t need to do this perfectly. Even a few quiet moments can bring comfort and calm. Be kind to yourself—you deserve it.
