Master Tung’s Points were a treasured family secret, handed down and refined over generations. The powerful effect and value of Master Tung’s Acupuncture has been affirmed. It has also become must-learn acupuncture knowledge.

Part I will introduce the principle and fundamental concept of Master Tung Acupuncture. It will help you to locate and understand the most important and commonly used Master Tung acupoints. It especially focus on the treatment of pain, stiffness, stress, lumps/cysts (yin accumulation) with Master Tung Acupuncture through series of training and courses. We will share with you the understanding of these disorders by Master Tung acupuncturists and also the pain relief methods and skills.

Building on the foundation from Part 1, Master Tung Acupuncture Part II will focus on the clinical application of the points you have learned in Part I. You will learn how to effectively apply these points in practice, gaining deeper insights into their indications and therapeutic effects. We will guide you through case-based discussions and treatment strategies, and how Master Tung addresses various conditions. Special emphasis will be placed on point selection, needling techniques, and clinical reasoning to enhance treatment outcomes.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course teaches fundamental Qigong exercises of both moving and stationary styles. Students learn to become deeply aware of their own qi and how to use it to remain centered and relaxed, to cleanse and disperse stagnant qi, and to build their reserves. Students learn how to integrate alignment, breathing, awareness, and form into a self-practice routine to promote balance and well-being.

Instructor Bio:
Claire Turner Reid is a movement artist and educator who teaches the Axis Syllabus, Internal Arts, and Dance. She is a member of Spiritwind Internal Arts where she is a certified instructor in Qigong, Taijiquan, and Dao In Lung Shen. Claire is a Level 2 Certified Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong instructor under the guidance of Daisy Lee. Claire is faculty at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as a Qigong Instructor. She also teaches programs for seniors in Qigong, Taijiquan, and Falling Prevention & Negotiation through the City of Guelph. She is a Certified and Certifying Teacher of the Axis Syllabus, has a Diploma of Acupuncture from OCTCM Toronto, and has a BFA in Acting from the University of Windsor. She teaches online, internationally, and locally in Guelph and the GTA. Claire uses movement research and healing practices to deepen awareness, honour the integrity of the body, and enrich inter-relational possibilities. Her teaching and research encourages exploration of the body in motion for more connected living.

Course Description:
This workshop fills a crucial gap in TCM education: while many have learned acupuncture, cupping, and gua sha, few have been systematically trained in the essential fundamentals of professional skin care — including cleansing, exfoliation, product selection, and facial protocols for different skin types.

Participants will learn both theoretical concepts and hands-on techniques, then integrate them with cosmetic acupuncture, cupping, and gua sha to create a complete professional facial treatment.

Lulu graduated from Centennial College - Medical Esthetics Program, and Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine - Diploma of Acupuncture; Lulu is also a Certified Aromatherapist with the International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA), London,UK. She previously practiced at the Canadian Gynecology Institute of TCM as an esthetician. COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is experiential and interactive in format, providing an opportunity for students to be challenged by first recognizing, then developing competency in their personal strengths and professional limitations in responding to emotional and psychological phenomena that are likely to be encountered in their practice as a TCM practitioner. Students are exposed to a range of psychological and philosophical theories and practices (both Eastern and Western) so that they may develop an understanding of the broad range and scope of psychotherapy. Students will learn to better manage patients suffering from mental emotional conditions as well as being a more grounded and rooted practitioner when handling difficult conditions.
