🥛 1 cup unsweetened coconut, oat, or Fairlife milk
🧡 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
🤎 1/8 tsp cinnamon
💛 1/8 tsp ginger
🤍 1/8 tsp nutmeg
🍯 5–10 drops stevia (to taste)
💫 1 scoop unflavoured collagen powder (for skin, joints & muscle recovery)
💪🏻Want extra protein, add 1 scoop of Paleo protein
➡️ Add all ingredients to your milk frother or whisk gently on the stove until frothy.
