Dealing with tight shoulders or that nagging upper back tension? 😖

Here’s a simple upper trap stretch you can try anytime during the day. Gently bring your ear toward your shoulder, add a light pull if needed, and hold for about 20 to 30 seconds. You should feel a nice stretch along the side of your neck and upper traps.

It’s a small reset you can do between work, after workouts, or whenever your body feels stiff. 💻💪

If your tension keeps coming back or starts turning into pain, it might be time to look deeper. Book a session with us and let’s find what’s really going on.

That satisfying sound of a good adjustment 😌✨

It’s a question we get a lot, and it’s completely normal to be curious.

Every session starts with a detailed conversation so we can understand your symptoms and what might be causing them. From there, we may do an external assessment and, if appropriate and with your consent, an internal exam to better understand how your pelvic floor muscles are functioning.

This helps us create a treatment plan that’s specific to you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Pelvic health is important, and you deserve to feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. 💜

If you’ve been dealing with symptoms or just have questions, feel free to reach out or book a session with us. We’re here to help.

What can pelvic floor physiotherapy actually help with? 🤔

A lot more than most people think.

From bladder leaks and prolapse to pregnancy prep, postpartum recovery, and pelvic pain… these are all things you don’t have to just “live with.”

Your body deserves proper support, care, and understanding. And sometimes, it starts with simply asking the right questions. 💬

If something feels off or you’ve been dealing with any of these concerns, you’re not alone, and there are solutions.

Most people don’t realize how important their pelvic floor is… until something feels off 👀

Your pelvic floor supports your bladder, bowels, and reproductive organs. It plays a huge role in how you move, feel, and function every day.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy is all about assessing what’s really going on and helping your body work the way it’s meant to, without fear or confusion.

If something doesn’t feel quite right, you don’t have to just live with it. There are answers, and there is support.

Ready to understand your body better? Send us a message or book your session today 💬✨

You stretch. It feels good. Then the tightness comes back the next day. Sound familiar? 🤔

It is often not about needing more stretching. It is about helping your body feel strong and stable in that new range. When we pair mobility with strength and consistent movement, that is when change actually sticks.

Your body holds onto what it feels safe and supported in. That is where real progress happens. ✨

If this resonates, drop a 🙋‍♀️ in the comments or book a session with us to build strength that actually lasts.

Sometimes relief starts with one appointment. If you have been putting it off, this might be your sign to book in. 💆‍♀️

Healthy shoulders are not just about stretching more or sitting up straighter. Here’s what I keep in mind when it comes to keeping them strong and supported 👇

→ Mobility without control isn’t enough
Your shoulder should move freely, but it also needs strength and coordination to support that range.

→ The shoulder doesn’t work alone
Your ribcage, thoracic spine, and shoulder blade all influence how your shoulder feels and performs.

→ Posture is dynamic, not perfect
It’s not about sitting straight all day. It’s about having movement options and not staying stuck in one position.

→ Small daily habits matter
How you sleep, train, sit, breathe, and even scroll can influence shoulder tension over time.

→ Pain isn’t always damage
Shoulders are sensitive and reactive. With the right approach, they often respond well to gradual, consistent support.

If your shoulders have been feeling tight or irritated, it might be time to look at the bigger picture. Send us a message or book a session to get started. 💬

Headache coming on? This is one acupressure point I often use. 👋

SJ5, also known as Waiguan, sits along the outer forearm and is commonly used to help ease tension related headaches. A gentle, steady pressure here can create that mild, tender “good ache” feeling many people find relieving.

It is simple, accessible, and something you can try at home when tension starts to build.

Save this for later and tag someone who needs this tip! ✨

It’s rarely just about pain. Often it’s about feeling heard, moving with confidence, and noticing the small changes that make everyday life easier. Steady, thoughtful support matters more than rushing.

The goal is not just relief but confidence in movement and daily life. 🏃‍♀️

What’s one small win you’ve noticed in your movement or recovery this week?

If you’re only thinking about your body when something hurts, you’re doing it backwards.

Body care should be a habit. A non-negotiable on your calendar, like a concert, coffee date, or vacation.

Add more of this to your calendar this year ⬇️
Your body will thank you for regular chiropractic care.
