𝙎𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙩-𝙋𝙖𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙆𝙚𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙨 (𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙘𝙠, 𝙀𝙖𝙨𝙮 & 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙮!)
Your new weeknight go-to one sheet pan, minimal prep, maximum flavour. 🍗

This recipe isn’t just easy - it’s healthy, flavour-packed, and perfect for those days you want a quick meal without compromising on taste. 💛

METHOD👇

- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
- Finely chop onion, garlic, coriander & chillies
- Mix with minced chicken, spices + a drizzle of olive oil
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan
- Score vertical lines to form kebab strips
- Bake 22–25 mins, then broil 3–4 mins for that golden char
- Serve in wraps, over rice or with a fresh salad
