Bang Bang Salmon bowls …. I saw something like this on Instagram the other day but forgot to save it … so this is my take
Wash and Cook rice
Cut Salmon into cubes put in a mixing bowk and add soy sauce, a little seasame oil, garlic, ginger, siracha, Mayo and sesame seeds - mix well until all salmon is covered.
Air fry 18 mins or until cooked through
Add brocoli florets to boiling water for 3 mins and microwave frozen edamame for 3 mins
Layer rice with salmon and veggies … serve with lime wedge and kimchi
Dinner in under 30 mins - it was very good - will definitely be added to our regular rotation
