🎉 Celebrating Two Years of ClearPath Senior Living Inc. 🎉

It’s been another year of progress and development for our young company:
Ashley Oaks Retirement Residence opened its doors and is leasing up steadily. The team is working very well together, and the residents are very happy.
Construction at Living Water Retirement Residence is progressing well and we can’t wait to welcome our database of over 200 prospective residents for tours of the model suites in a few weeks.
Plans of Summersides Retirement Residence are close to being finalized, and we will be able to share some visuals soon. Construction to start in the spring.
In between we had the privilege of supporting four homes, belonging to one of the larger senior living providers, helping them in boosting their occupancy rates. That was a fun 4 month project!

When we founded ClearPath, we were relying on the combined 50+ years of senior living operations experience that we have between us. What we found is that it was a wonderful foundation to build on, and at the same time we must stay curious and continue to learn, to bring the best ideas to our clients.
It is very easy to take on an attitude of “been there, done that” or “that’s how we’ve done it before”. Learning new ways of doing things, trying new systems and implementing new platforms is hard, but it is the way forward.

Wishing ourselves another year of slow and steady growth on our clear path.

If you reached out to us by phone or email, you may have already met our Executive Director, Carolina Balmaceda. If you have not had the pleasure, we are happy to introduce her:
Carolina has been a part of the Collingwood community since 2016 and has raised her children (and her dogs) not far from our new retirement residence.
Her career and education have been dedicated to senior care and leadership because she is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, especially seniors.
She has served in different roles in the senior living sector, from front-line team member to manager to director, a career path that gives her a wide range of experiences to draw on for her new role.
Carolina is currently involved in setting up the operations, hiring the management team and later on help hire the front-line team. When we open our doors, she will be responsible for the day to day life in the residence.
