Toothbrush facts.
1. You need to change your toothbrush every 3-4 months or if you had a bad cold.
2. After 3-4 mo. even though your toothbrush looks like new, the tip of the bristles is damaged, and it's not doing a good job anymore.
3. If your toothbrush opens up " like a flower" after a few months it means you are TOO AGGRESSIVE! You press on it too hard and you will end up damaging your gums and enamel of your teeth.
4. The majority of the population needs a SOFT, SMALL HEAD toothbrush. ( very rarely you need extra soft and Never hard!!)
