After overcoming her own struggles with fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and digestive issues caused by years of chronic dieting, Maya developed a strategic and sustainable approach to nutrition and training. For the past 10 years, she has coached hundreds of clients to improve strength, restore energy, and enhance overall performance while building habits that last.

Her approach is food first and performance driven. Maya specializes in metabolic health, sustainable body composition change, and strategic behaviour design. She helps clients fuel properly, support recovery, and implement systems that integrate seamlessly into demanding careers and full lives.

Trainer Tip Friday - Let’s Talk Squats!

One small adjustment can change your entire squat.

Focus on:
Height of the bar
Core engagement
Centred body
Toes flared out
Knees tracking over the toes
Squatting halfway down
Pushing back up through your heels

And don’t forget control your tempo and lock the bar at the end!
