What an incredible three days at our Fluency Plus: Comprehensive Treatment for School Aged Children Who Stutter workshop (Feb 4 to 6)! ✨

Over three engaging days of learning, hands on practice, and meaningful discussion, clinicians strengthened their skills in delivering fluency targets, supporting cognitive restructuring, and planning for transfer and maintenance. Participants shared feeling more confident and ready to implement the program in their clinical settings.

We had the honour of hosting and celebrating George Shield’s 100th birthday at our annual holiday luncheon!

George reached this incredible milestone on December 2nd, 2025. As a cherished member of our board, the founder of The Speech and Stuttering Institute, and a steadfast supporter for decades, his impact runs deep. He and the Barbershoppers have championed SSI for over 40 years, and we were thrilled to celebrate this remarkable moment with him.

June 29 – July 17 2026 Mondays through Fridays, 10:00am – 12:00pm + 9 follow up sessions throughout the year.
