The Caregiver Support Program, offered by the Working Women Community Centre and funded by IRCC, provides assistance to individuals in Canada under the Federal Government's Caregiver Programs. We offer specialized settlement services and supports to Caregivers with work permits based on NOC 44100 or 44101 or pending permanent residence applications submitted under Caregiver Pilot Programs, Interim Pathway for Caregivers, TR to PR, Caregiver Pathways and Live-in Caregiver Program. Our two counsellors are available on a flexible schedule and online, in-person or over the phone to assist with one-on-one support for permanent residence applications, work permit etc , employment and employer related issues, information sessions, group activities and employment training opportunities.

We’re excited to launch a new series of in‑person Family Sponsorship Information Sessions at 533C Gladstone Ave (near Dufferin Station)!
These sessions offer newcomer women and their families clear, accessible guidance on eligibility, documents, and timelines for sponsoring loved ones to Canada — another way we continue supporting newcomer women as they begin the next chapter of their lives in Toronto. 💛
🕒 All sessions run from 2:00–3:00 PM
🌐 Languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish
