Some fun activities on our Do You Mind group… last week it’s all about permission to mind, feeling our feelings. Using the gingerbread person, youth participants are able to creatively visualize their emotions and learned skills on how to let them be. 😊

This was us back in winter of 2022. We sat down in a coffee shop somewhere in Toronto, talked about our hopes and plan to build a practice. We both said that it is going to happen in 2023. 2 years after, we are still here bigger and better! Grateful for the partneships we build together, for our team, for the trust of our clients and community. Thanks fam!
