Our 200-Hour, Fundamentals Teacher Training program will help you to embody your practice, understand the tradition of yoga, the effects of asanas, and how to find your own path to teaching. Through self-inquiry, practice, and community, you will integrate theory, technique, and experiential knowledge to facilitate change in yourself and others. We love yoga and feel privileged to work together to present our ever-evolving understanding of yoga from an interdisciplinary perspective. We offer an unparalleled program that is both comprehensive and rigorous. Co-directors Darcie Ladd, Jen Helland, and Pat Harada Linfoot will be collaborating on anatomy, asana, movement and rhythm with Jay Andrews, Nya Daley, and Scotty MacBean. Inspiring teachers Anne Cloutier and J-P Tamblyn-Sabo and will be sharing their passion for philosophy. Kelly Sullivan and Rochelle Miller will be exploring personal accessibility and social justice within the scope of yoga while Ron Reid will be introducing us to the powerful effects of pranayama.
