Spring is finally here! 🌱☀️

Did you know that time spent outdoors can help reduce the risk of developing myopia (nearsightedness) in children? Research shows that kids who spend more time outside are less likely to become nearsighted.

Encourage your children to unplug, get outside, and enjoy the fresh air - whether it’s biking, playing at the park, or just exploring the neighbourhood.

👀 Aim for at least 2 hours of outdoor time each day.

Let’s take advantage of the longer days and make outdoor play part of our daily routine this spring!
