ScroGro™ is a minimally invasive, nonsurgical, in-office procedure designed to make your balls look bigger. We can make them hang lower, plump them up, or both depending on your desire. Typical patients are those looking to enhance the size and appearance of their bulge because of genetics or acquired shrinkage such as testicular atrophy secondary to testosterone replacement therapy. Fuller relaxed balls may enhance the sexual experience as your sack will receive more attention. At times testicles are retracted and tucked away into the background and ignored during sexual activity.

ScroGro™ allows the ⚾️ to remain descended and more prominent since we can increase the appearance of their size. They may get more attention.

We can use anti-wrinkle treatment medication known as neurotoxins (“Tox”) or neuromodulators like Botox®, Dysport®, or Xeomin® to relax the muscles responsible for retraction, the Dartos and Cremaster muscles. “Tox” temporarily relaxes these muscles resulting in significant descent of both the sc***um and ⚾️ allowing them to hang lower and to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, much like stepping out of a hot tub. The procedure takes about 30-60 minutes. A topical local anesthetic is applied so there should be little to no discomfort. Introducing Canada’s Newest Priapus Shot® (P-SHOT® Provider!!!

Nurse Adrian Rodriguez Aristizabal successfully completed private training with me last weekend. In addition to the P-Shot®, Nurse Adrian also completed training in Pe**le and Scrotal Neurotoxin treatment.

SEPTEMBER 11, 2001: NEVER FORGET

Here’s a photo of me with the Twin Towers. I was living in NYC at the time.

The events of September 11, 2021 are still very vivid in my memories. It was a beautiful morning. I got up early to vote for a Senator. I headed to Brooklyn from my studio apartment in Hell’s Kitchen. I was a Senior Medical Student at State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. Apparently I was on a train underneath the towers 10min before the first plane hit.

I presented to my Pain Management rotation to witness my first Interscalene Brachial Plexus Nerve Block. As the morning unfolded and more information was released, all elective cases were canceled. It was all hands on deck at our Level-One Trauma Center. We were all prepared to help care for any injured but eerily only a few were transferred to us.

Train service was restored and I was allowed to return home. I recall my train ride over the Manhattan Bridge. I could clearly see what was left of the towers smoldering. It was heartbreaking. I met up with a group of friends to console each other. Luckily we were able to hug each other at the time.

As the city gathered itself to heal, what struck me during the time of tragedy was everyone’s willingness to help. There were huge lines to donate blood and to volunteer at various locations. For those who lost loved ones, I offer my deepest condolences for your loss. They will not be forgotten.

In a world of turmoil, I wish cooler heads prevail. Peace.

.aesthetic.board Periorbital Master Injector Course.

These before and after photos are from my demonstration for the CBAM periorbital master class.

Our attendees learned the importance of structural support of the cheek bones prior to filling the under eye. We placed filler supraperiosteally to avoid the lymphatic system and to minimize product visibility and migration.

Our attendees did a fantastic job on their models after this demonstration.
