New to Ashtanga or looking to build a strong foundation? This class offers a supportive and accessible introduction to the practice.

In Ashtanga, we return to the same sequence of postures each time. This repetition allows the body to learn, the mind to focus, and the practice to deepen. Over time, movements become more familiar, breath steadier, and confidence grows.

You’ll be guided through the sequence at a slower pace, with attention to alignment, breath, and understanding the structure of the practice.

No prior experience is needed. Whether you’re brand new or returning after time away, this class is a steady and approachable way to begin.

Come as you are. Learn the sequence. Build your practice—one breath at a time.

Not everything is meant to be pushed.
Some things ask us to soften. To release.

In the space between effort and surrender,
there’s something to notice.

The breath.
The mind.
What we’re holding onto.

Practice isn’t always about going further…sometimes it’s about letting go.

Keep practicing. 🤍🙏🏾🕉️

Change is inevitable.
Progression is a choice.

Show up.
Do the work.
Keep going.

Progress takes intention,
consistency,
and willingness.

Keep practicing. 🙏🏾🕉️🤍

In Ashtanga, we return to the same postures.
Not to perfect them, but to understand them
and observe what arises.

Strength. Focus. Attention.
No excess.
Just practice.
One breath at a time.

Some things in practice don’t arrive through force.

They come through patience.Through breath.Through the quiet willingness to return again and again.

Not chasing the outcome.Just doing the work.

One day, you realize the practice has been shaping you all along.

Practice doesn’t ask us to be perfect.
It asks us to show up.
Breath by breath.
Movement by movement.

Some days the body feels strong.
Some days the mind is quieter.
But we return to the mat anyway.

The practice asks for focus, patience, and trust, sometimes even asking us to turn our perspective upside down. Not by forcing the shape, but by growing into it. One breath at a time.

Keep practicing. 🙏🏾🕉️🤍

Heels rooted. Spines tall. Breath steady. Guided by discipline. Softened by awareness. One shape. Many bodies. This is how we learn, by feeling, by doing, by practicing. The practice meets us exactly where we are and asks only that we stay.

Keep practicing. 🤍🙏🏾🕉️

It’s not loud. It doesn’t demand attention. But it grounds us. We return here again and again, not because it’s easy, but because it teaches us to stay.
To breathe through effort. To soften within strength. To find steadiness in the middle of it all. Downward Facing Dog. A posture. A reset. A reminder.

Some days the weight of the world feels heavy. So we turn upside down, not to escape, but to remember: perspective can lift us. One breath, one movement, one moment at a time.
We rise.
