Aliza Neger, RSW, Psychotherapist I am a Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy in private practice. My clients value my compassion, warmth, and competence.

I welcome youth, adults, couples, and families who are struggling with mental health disorders, addictions, trauma, chronic pain, relationship conflict, and life stressors. For over a decade, I have worked with a range of private clients, organizations, and institutions. My years of experience has introduced me to clients experiencing highly diverse struggles including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance abuse, and more. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches in my work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation. Every person is unique, and I tailor my approach to best suite each individual’s custom goals and needs.
