Yoga Grove - Small classes. Big difference. Yoga Grove offers expert yoga instruction in small classes of no more than 8 students.

At Yoga Grove, yoga classes are purposefully kept small so that everyone can have a personal experience of yoga. Many people find themselves lost in a large studio class, unsure if they are doing the right thing as they try to follow the instructor, and are they are unable to ask questions or get clarification throughout the class. With class sizes limited to 6, students find that yoga is much more accessible, as the instructor is able to personalize the class to the needs, level and interests of the group, as well as to interact with the students throughout the classes. There are a wide variety of yoga styles and levels to choose from, enabling participants to strengthen their bodies, release tension and increase flexibility, as well as to relax the mind and come away with a sense of calm and equanimity that carries through to their everyday lives.

Meet Maggie Duan! She has practiced yoga for many years. She struggled with her depression, anxiety and weight for years and found that yoga was a way to deal with all three. Moreover, Yoga helped her feel both calm and focused. What she loves most about teaching at yoga grove is the small size of class. This is a great way to create a stronger sense of community.
She did restorative yoga teacher training and flowyoga at Yogagrove with Leslie, She completed the 200 Hour Teacher Training with Yoga Renew, 95hours kids yoga teacher training with Young Yoga Master, 50 hours pre+postnatal yoga with YogaMamas. She's also an RECE which is a Registered Early Childhood Educator. Maggie runs Yogatime瑜伽时间 for all ages and all abilities and she tutors Chinese Mandarin.

Maggie teaches Restorative Yoga on Sundays, subbing other classes such as flowyoga, vinyasa and hatha in the studio and she will start teaching Yoga & Mindfulness for Parents & Kids on Saturday February 7.
