Yoga Grove - Small classes. Big difference. Yoga Grove offers expert yoga instruction in small classes of no more than 8 students.

At Yoga Grove, yoga classes are purposefully kept small so that everyone can have a personal experience of yoga. Many people find themselves lost in a large studio class, unsure if they are doing the right thing as they try to follow the instructor, and are they are unable to ask questions or get clarification throughout the class. With class sizes limited to 6, students find that yoga is much more accessible, as the instructor is able to personalize the class to the needs, level and interests of the group, as well as to interact with the students throughout the classes. There are a wide variety of yoga styles and levels to choose from, enabling participants to strengthen their bodies, release tension and increase flexibility, as well as to relax the mind and come away with a sense of calm and equanimity that carries through to their everyday lives.

Special Yoga & Meditation Workshop for Girls Aged 10-17 starting this Thursday 4:15-5:15pm

This workshop will offer girls a safe, calm and warm environment in which to learn how to reduce stress and anxiety in their lives. They'll:

-learn yoga, breathing and mindfulness practices
-journal for self-expression and self-discovery
-reset and recharge
-discuss issues facing teens these days
-come away with effective tools for navigating life's ups and downs

This coming week's theme is Self-Reflection and Self-Expression, where we'll not only be learning yoga and lots of mindfulness techniques, we'll also be bringing in local artists to explore self-expression through art, music and dance!
