At Yoga Grove, yoga classes are purposefully kept small so that everyone can have a personal experience of yoga. Many people find themselves lost in a large studio class, unsure if they are doing the right thing as they try to follow the instructor, and are they are unable to ask questions or get clarification throughout the class. With class sizes limited to 6, students find that yoga is much mor

e accessible, as the instructor is able to personalize the class to the needs, level and interests of the group, as well as to interact with the students throughout the classes. There are a wide variety of yoga styles and levels to choose from, enabling participants to strengthen their bodies, release tension and increase flexibility, as well as to relax the mind and come away with a sense of calm and equanimity that carries through to their everyday lives.

"The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know. I try to take classes with fellow yoga instructors and I maintain a connection with my Hatha teacher from my Yoga teacher training. For me, it is important to be reminded what it feels like to attend a yoga class and as a bonus, I might learn something I can include in my classes.
