🔥This diet helps lose 8kg in just 7 days. 🔥
💥Day 1: Eat only fruits
When I'm hungry, I can only eat fruit. When you are thirsty, drink as much water as you want, at least 8 glasses per day.
However, one fruit that cannot be touched on this day is banana. The best choices are watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe, cherimoya, and peaches.
💥Day 2: Eat only vegetables
Similar to day one, but your menu will be filled with vegetables instead of fruits. You can eat it by boiling, steaming or eating it raw according to your needs and processing method, but without using salt or cooking oil. Note, drink plenty of water, 8-12 glasses.
💥Day 3: Fruits and Vegetables
On the third day, you can eat fruits or vegetables if you are hungry, but do not eat bananas and potatoes. Drink more water when you feel thirsty.
💥Day 4: Milk and Banana
On the 4th day, you must eat at least 8 bananas and drink 3-4 glasses of milk. Be careful not to put any other food into your body.
