In 2003 Kinesiologists in entry level positions regularly saw $4 over minimum wage starting. A decade later in 2013 Kinesiologists are Regulated under the Regulted Health Providers Act (2007)- which come with College dues, liability insurance, continuing ed requirements etc… and in 2023 there are a large majority of clinics offering the same “entry level” positions as before - offering $0.50 - $1 above minimum wage - which is obliterated by the ongoing costs (FSCO/FSRA rates paying to clinics for kin’s have nearly doubled in the same time) - assuming you can get full time hours. This is now the single lowest paid Regulated Healthcare Profession by a margin of nearly 40%
