Having too many tabs open on your computer can be distracting and prevent true progress on tasks.

Leave only the tabs open that you need for one task at a time.

Finish one thing before you begin another.

Completely check your email, close it, and open it again later in the day.

Virtual organizing has exploded over the past few years!

It IS possible to successfully declutter and organize your space without my physical presence.

Good sleep is critical to your physical and mental health, brain performance, mood, and functionality.
Create your bedroom environment to be calm and clutter-free. How?
โžฟ use a lamp with a soft bulb instead of an overhead light
โžฟ put dirty clothes in the hamper
โžฟ put things in their place instead of lying around

Neuroscientist Andrew Huberman also suggests avoiding stimulation before bed. You can do this by:
โžฟ avoid eating, caffeine, and alcohol which yields poor sleep quality
โžฟ turning off all screens to avoid blue light preventing natural melatonin development
โžฟ donโ€™t watch emotional movies or shows
