Dr. Elena brings wonderful energy — she’s positive, bubbly, and genuinely loves helping people feel their absolute best.

Her journey started as a young athlete in a northern community, where injuries sparked her curiosity about the body and its ability to heal. With limited access to care growing up, she turned that passion into purpose — and we’re so lucky she did ✨

After graduating from CMCC in 2025, she’s been working across Toronto gaining experience with a wide range of patients. Her approach is all about personalized care that supports recovery, long-term function, and feeling good in your body.

Pregnancy is incredible… and let’s be real, it can also be uncomfortable, overwhelming, and full of unknowns. We get to walk alongside moms during this season — helping them feel better in their bodies, supporting optimal fetal positioning, and reminding them that their body is not broken… it’s doing something extraordinary.

We've seen how pregnancy chiropractic care can make a difference — smoother births, less tension, more confidence, and moms who feel empowered instead of afraid. That’s what lights us up.

When a mom tells us she’s sleeping better, moving easier, breathing deeper, or walking into birth feeling calm and prepared — that’s why we do this work.
