Established in 2003 by Dr. Peter Tebruegge, ND, RMT, gesund clinic first offered services in Massage and Naturopathic Medicine. Today our always growing team of licensed therapists includes Naturopathic Doctors, Chiropractors and Massage Therapists.

The name reflects the owner’s German heritage. You most probably heard someone saying ‘Gesundheit!’ after you sneezed. Gesundheit was borrowed from German, where it literally means ‘health’; it was formed by a combination of gesund (‘healthy’) and -heit (‘-hood’). Wishing a person good health when the sneeze was traditionally believed to forestall the illness that a sneeze often portends.

At gesund we strive to provide you with the best quality health care in a safe and comfortable environment. Our focus is on safe and non-invasive treatments using natural and hands-on methods that have been proven clinically effective.
