After 10 years of collaborating with various communities throughout the GTA,
we have made the difficult decision to close Full Circle so that we can pursue other
opportunities in the field of art therapy.

Art Therapy Group for Managing Anxiety! Registration is now open!!! https://fullcircleatc.com/group-art-therapy-for-anxiety

Starting May 2nd, 8-week group, Thursday, 6 - 8pm. ⁠

This group will help participants learn how to use art-making and mindfulness as coping tools to manage stress and anxiety-related symptoms. No artistic skills are necessary to participate in the group or prior experience with meditation or mindfulness.⁠

This group aims to help participants:⁠
⁠
-Let go of perfectionism⁠
-Build a self-care practice⁠
-Learn how to use art for self-expression⁠
-Practice self-acceptance & compassion⁠
-Develop coping skills to manage stress⁠
& anxiety-related symptoms⁠
⁠
Open to everyone in Canada.⁠
We’re operating from Ontario, so we're covered by insurance companies that cover psychotherapy. Please double-check with your provider if you’re not in Ontario.⁠

Payments in instalments are available.⁠
⁠
$60 per session - $480 plus HST⁠
Price includes the cost of the session and an art kit you will use during the group.
