Migraine- Intense, throbbing pain on one side of the head, often with nausea.

Cluster Headache ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ
Severe piercing pain around one eye occuring in clusters over weeks or months.

Sinus Headache ๐Ÿคง
Deep, constant pain in your face, often with sinus symptoms like a runny nose.

Post-Traumatic Headache ๐Ÿค•
A persistent headache after a head injury, is similar to a tension headache or migraine.

What is a Sprain? ๐Ÿฆต
A sprain occurs when a ligament is stretched or torn.

How do Sprains and Strains Differ? ๐Ÿฆถ
Torn ligaments are called sprains, whereas torn muscles or tendons are called strains.

Both Are Graded by Severity ๐Ÿ“‰
Grade 1: Stretching or slight tearing
Grade 2: Incomplete tear
Grade 3: Complete tear

When do they tear?โŒš
Sprains tend to happen near the end of an activity - when your muscles are fatigued and are less able to protect the joints and ligaments.

Strains tend to happen at the beginning of activity if there was insufficient warming up, and the muscles and tendons weren't ready to get yet.

OR either may occur with accidents, or repetitive over-loading.
