Our eyes have muscles that move them, but sometimes, they get deconditioned and do not move as well as we think. This can affect our vision as well as our postural stability

Move your eyes up ⬆️ , down ⬇️, in ➡️ and out ⬅️
Does it feel even between the two sides? Is one direction easier or harder?
To keep these muscles conditioned and improve your vision, gently perform these eye movements throughout the day (especially if you’ve had a lot of screen time 📱). Don’t forget to look diagonally into the four corners too!

1. Size it right 📏
•The top of the backpack should sit 2-5 cm below the top of the shoulders
•The bottom of the backpack should sit about 1 inch above the hips
2. Wear both straps to distribute the load
•Sternum strap and hip belt (if provided)
3. Watch the weight 🏋️
•Should be 10-15% of children’s body weight and 15% of adults body weight
