Why do I meditate, you ask? Because it allows me to dive into my very own space of bliss, my infinite pharmacy of happiness. Where the external noise of stressors, fears, worries, insecurities, and disappointments quiet down to an inaudible hum. Even science shows us indisputable evidence that the practice of meditation has a positive influence that goes way beyond the mental-emotional sphere. We see it decrease pain perception, reduce cholesterol levels, stabilize breathing and oxygen utilization, and even down-regulate the expression of disease promoting genes. I can go on, of course, but no amount of words will ever come close to describing the truly personalized experience of your very own meditative practice. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
