Natural Ways to Stay Healthy while workign from home:
As an expert in ayurveda, these are awesome ways to prevent illness. However, there are certain don'ts to them:
1. Turmeric and Garlic are very good source for anti viral and anti bacterial. But they are also very good source as blood thinners. It is good for few who have cholesterol issues but very bad for people who have bleeding issues. For example nose bleeding or heavy menstruation. It could increase the bleeding. For such people stop the use of garlic and turmeric and use Kale in your diet. Which is a blood thicker due to high content of vitamin K in it. And ginger, turmeric and garlic is very hot for stomach, which can develop ulcer in your mouth and can also lead to stomach pain. Hence use them in small quantities and before or after food. Strictly don't have them empty stomach.
2. Citrus is good to boost your immunity but daily consumption for more than a week will weaken the bones and teeth. As a solution give a break of 2 weeks after the consumption of citrus for a week. then repeat.
3. Humidifier-Mist or Steam or nebulizer-mist is good to get relieved from congestion. However, if you don't have congestion and if you use them for more than few minutes you can develop congestion. Therefore the thumb rule is don't use them overnight.
Rest all is good if you keep these don't 🙂. Stay Happy and Healthy. its most important.
