This is the ONE habit that saves my mental health every winter.
Just because it’s cold doesn’t mean I’m staying stuck indoors.
This winter I’m bundling up and going for my walks anyway.
Fresh air, daylight, and gentle movement do more for my hormones and my mental health than most people realize.
It doesn’t need to be long.
It doesn’t need to be intense.
It just needs to happen.
