Lately I’ve been feeling the nudge to slow down… and listen in.

Our hormones are always communicating with us but sometimes their whispers turn into shouts.

These 5 signs are ones I’ve personally noticed when my hormones start to drift out of balance and I wanted to share them with you in case they help you tune in, too. 💛

Balancing your hormones doesn’t have to mean overhauling your life. Sometimes it starts with rest, nourishing meals, and being really honest with how you’re doing.

We don’t always need a full moon ritual or a 90-minute bodywork session to feel connected again. Sometimes, it’s the tiny things that bring us back home to ourselves. 🫶

Here are 5 simple (but powerful) ways to reconnect with your body today — no crystals required:

1️⃣Breathe into your belly — Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Inhale slowly. Exhale even slower. Repeat. Your nervous system says thank you.
2️⃣Take a 2-minute hip stretch — Pigeon pose, deep squat, or sit cross-legged and lean forward. Your hips carry stories — let them speak.
3️⃣Self-touch matters — Gently rub your arms or legs, especially if you’ve felt disconnected. Your body deserves to feel safe in your own hands.
4️⃣Soften where you’re tense — Scan your jaw, shoulders, fists, glutes. Notice what’s clenched. Now, release just 5%. That’s enough for today.
5️⃣Eat without distractions — No phone. No guilt. Just you, your food, and a moment of peace. Let nourishment feel good again.
