57-Year-Old Female Patient
Right-sided crepitus and intermittent jaw locking
Deflection to the right along with limited mandibular ranges of motion.
Suspected degenerative joint & disc diseases.
Referral to MD for TMJ advanced imaging.
Results showed advanced degenerative change in the right temporomandibular joint with very little remaining disc material (2nd slide).

It can lead to long-term damage.

This patient came in with persistent crepitus in the right jaw after months of โ€œself-adjustingโ€, only to develop severe tension and clicking from continuous displacement.

Now on a 12-week treatment plan at our clinic. We are working to restore proper function and relieve his tension.
