We are part of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres, a non-profit organization named after Swami Sivananda, one of the most influential spiritual teachers of the 20th century and founded in 1959 by his disciple Swami Vishnudevananda. Our mission is to share the teachings of Yoga and Vedanta as a means of achieving physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
We offer drop-in yoga classes seven days per week, courses and workshops in yoga, meditation, philosophy, Ayurveda, vegetarian cooking, kids and teen yoga and more.
We also have satsangs six times per week (group meditation, chanting and an informal talk). All are welcome to attend, free of charge.
