Our Vision: East meets East in the West. Balance your yin and yang energy with hot yoga, qigong, med Sujun Chen is our Founder and Leader of Hot Yoga Wellness.

Hot Yoga Wellness International is our Head Office in Concord serving our Hot Yoga Wellness Studios at various locations. We hold Teacher and Therapist Training and have a therapeutic clinic for your ongoing wellness needs. She has developed a process with focus on creating harmony and wellness and by combining three key components: body, earth and sky. Sujun designed our logo and it is a reflection of the dualities embedded in Hot Yoga Wellness' spiritual philosophy. The yin-yang is an ancient Oriental symbol of balance and harmony; the white part represents sky, below is earth, and the figure in the middle represents our balanced relationship with the elements. Hot Yoga Wellness prides itself on being physical and spiritual; active and relaxing; therapeutic and mindful. East meets East in the West. Our wellness centres incorporate Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong to help you lead a balanced life of health and positivity. It is this combination of taking Eastern practices - Yoga from India and Qigong from China and blending them in the West. We also have This makes our Hot Yoga Wellness studios very unique! Singing Bowl Therapist Training

In this training, you will learn how to work one-on-one with clients using metal bowls. Not only will you learn how to play the bowls, but you will also learn the science behind sound healing. This is in-depth training showing you how you can become a sound therapist and start working one-on-one with clients.

East meets east in the west. Our seniors QigongYoga party at Hot Yoga Wellness Concord Studio Yesterday....We practice Qigongyoga together, We had Indian food and Chinese mooncakes with the special tea,We had singing bowl meditation.... and We had wonderful day !

The planet has moved into a certain position with the moon. The vibration and the feel of the moon is very different when it is full
