Snow Day Toronto! ❄️
With school closures and winter travel conditions today, we’ve reached out to clients whose appointments were impacted by therapists unable to make it to the clinic. For those clients still coming in, please take your time getting around and stay safe out there.
If you’re heading out to shovel, a gentle reminder to take care of your body too:
• Warm up your muscles before shoveling (think shoulder rolls, gentle twists, a few squats)
• Pace yourself and take breaks
• Stay hydrated. We love coconut water for naturally hydrating electrolytes 🥥
• A warm Epsom salt bath after can work wonders
• And of course… a massage! 💆🏻♀️
• If you really went full send, our chiro or osteo can help un-pretzel you 💪
