We are proud to welcome Dr. Liane Tan to our team of exceptional fertility specialists!
Dr. Tan is Royal College certified in both Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGYN) and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI).
‍
She completed her medical degree at McMaster University, followed by residency at the University of Toronto and a fellowship in REI at Western University, with a focus on minimally invasive surgery.
‍
Dr. Tan also holds a Master’s in Genetic Counselling from the University of British Columbia, and is board-certified in both Canada and the U.S.
She is a member of CFAS, ASRM, ESHRE, and NSGC, and serves on the Reproductive Genetics Expert Group for Ontario Health.
‍
Dr. Tan is dedicated to providing inclusive, genetics-informed fertility care and is uniquely positioned to help even more families in our community with her fluency in Cantonese, Malay, Mandarin and Taiwanese.

“IVF Atttition Rate” or “IVF Funnel” refers to the drop-off at each stage of the embryology process and it’s so important for patients to understand so they have realistic expectations for each post-retrieval embryo milestone.
