RUN BETTER. MOVE BETTER.
We’re excited to host a Running Technique Seminar at the Body Engineers in collaboration with Dr. Geoffrey Johnston from TreadHealth.
In this 45-minute session, we’ll break down common running form issues and show you simple corrections that can improve efficiency and reduce injury risk.
At Body Engineers, we believe movement should be designed with intention - the same principles we apply to strength training also apply to running mechanics. When your body moves well, performance improves and injuries become far less likely.
Whether you’re training for races or simply enjoy running recreationally, this session will give you clear, actionable tips you can apply immediately.
