At BE our classes are:
- In small groups with a maximum of 10 per class
- Suitable for all experience levels
- Customizable to your body type and limitations
- Focused primarily on building strength, muscle and cardiovascular fitness
- Educational in that you will learn how to train with correct form and in the right way for you
- Designed to allow you to progress over time (program for each day stays the same for the month and then changes the following month)

Congratulations to Meredith for winning our recent BE Transformed 12 Week challenge which ended this month and for being client of the month in November! 💫
Meredith has been partner training with her husband Jeff since March 2024 and has been very consistent training 3x per week with Coach Riley.
During the challenge Meredith did phenomenally well losing 18.4 Ibs of body fat and 9% body fat percentage in 12 weeks 👏
Jeff also did amazing, losing 21.2 Ibs of body fat and 8.8% body fat percentage in the same time 🙌
Well done Meredith and Jeff! Keep up the great work! 💪

Congratulations to this challenge participant who gained 4.4 Ibs of muscle in 12 weeks!
Muscle mass is one of the most important things to focus on, especially as we age.

- Lower risk of injury
