Pain, trauma and fear are confronted gaining a new understanding of our life experiences which allows to take back our power by gaining control of how we use our mental, emotional, spiritual and physical energies. CHAKRA BALANCING: Energy work that initiates healing and well-being. Suited well for people who are depressed, fatigued, anxious or simply unhappy with life. By clearing and or opening the chakras within the human anatomy, individuals are empowered with vibrational balance and harmony; thus, encouraging overall well-being -- mind, body and soul. CHAKRA WORK: This is a very gentle process where the client guides the practitioner to the Chakras that are depleted of energy. By exploring through questions and sincere investigation the energy is transformed bringing movement and healing to the affected Chakra and restoring its energy and balance. REIKI: Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing modality in which the therapist works with the anatomy of your energy system to promote healing on all levels. HEALTH AWARENESS: A modality that helps clients understand emotional, psychological and spiritual causes behind their disease. The symbolism of human anatomy is decoded to help the person understand their illness. Energies are directed towards accepting, understanding, engaging, and bringing about changes that will create health and well-being. This modality complements any other treatments the client is following. MEDITATION: A practical introduction to meditation is offered as a tool for self-discovery. Breathing exercises are practiced using our breath as the thread that unifies the body, mind and the spirit. YOGA: Yoga exercises are recommended based on the session to support the physical movement of the energy and to strengthen the body mind connection. Deep Tissue Facial (Reiki) massages, Tarot and intuitive readings are also available. My intention is to create with my clients, a sacred space where they feel safe to explore their total selves as they embark into their journey of self-discovery. Beatriz Marin is a spiritual psychotherapist since 2009, graduated from Transformational Arts College in Toronto.
