Our mission is to provide a beautiful space, rooted in community, that feels like a home away from home. The Chi Crew, a team of some of the cities top instructors, are ready to welcome you and take you on a journey through a moving meditation from beginning to end. Encouraging you to move in a way that feels good for you, always. Let go of the moments before you stepped onto the mat and get lost in the cathartic release that happens through movement and music. A place to release and transcend in music that moves you physically and emotionally, welcoming all to step into your chi. All you need to do is show up, relax and let us take care of the rest.

SUMMER SO FAR… ☀️😎🎶

It’s been a sweet summer at Chi full of sunshine, smiles, special events, a full house with music turned all the way up…and we aren’t over yet. We have SO many exciting things in the works for August. But let’s take a moment and look at our summer ‘25 at Chi so far…

THE HIGHLIGHTS:
We never get tired of stepping into our fully prop styled room for that exhale moment, a simple reprieve from the hustle of the day. Full service or nothing. It’s what we do and we love to do it for you. ✨

Thank you Chi Community for showing up for us, for yourself and for each other class after class. 🙏

It wouldn’t be summer at Chi without our fave local small businesses helping us fuel and recover. Cold plunges by , our personal obsession for healthy sweet treats .sweets and of course our fave espresso bar ever 🧊🧁☕️

OUR BIGGEST BINGO CHALLENGE EVER!!! 140 bingo players this summer and we couldn’t be more excited about it!! 🏆🔥

We had the honour of hosting to celebrate their rebrand, and new skin care products. The studio never looked better with a pop of pink and stunning florals by 🩷

Old friends came home and back to Chi and our hearts couldn’t be more full.
