We’ve all been therešŸ˜…

12/17/2025

It’s my favourite time of the year! Vision Board time!! This year, I have chosen to mostly focus on self care items because between being a new mom, running a group practice, and returning to work, it’s easy to start running on empty. For 2026, I’m choosing to remember that I also have needs.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’m a lover of great coffee. However, these days, I’ve noticed that I don’t even sit down to enjoy my morning java as the day starts off so hectic. In 2026, I’m going to be more mindful of carving out time in the morning to not only make my coffee, but to SIT DOWN and enjoy it.

On that note, you also know that I’m a big BeyoncĆ© lover and lately I’ve only been listening to her music. It’s comforting and it pumps me up. That being said, I want to explore new music that gives me the same feeling and open up my musical repertoire.

This year, I also reminded myself that I have great friends and I miss connecting with them dearly. The older I get, the more I start to value these relationships. I want to put some time and effort into not only maintaining these relationships, but also allowing them to flourish.

What about you? Have you thought about your 2026 goals? What made it into your self-care list?
