The Cornerstone Yoga Classes are designed for all levels of experience to compliment your physical practice. This mind-body practice focuses on coordinating breath and movement to facilitate kinesthetic and somatic awareness. These Hatha Flow based classes encourage strength, range of motion, balance of the nervous system, digestive system and endocrine system. The integration of these skills transfers not only to your physical practice but into your daily life.
Wednesday 7:30pm – 8:30pm
The Practice
This guided practice of specific poses refines individual alignment, strength and range of motion.
What to expect: A Hatha Flow led warm-up, practice poses, led cool down and body awareness meditation.
Sunday 10:30am – 11:30am
The Ritual
This collective energy practice integrates breath-movement coordination to balance the nervous system. Build a home practice with sequence repetition and personal alignment awareness.
What to expect: A Hatha Flow led warm-up, yoga sequences, cool down and rejuvenating meditation.
