Let’s talk sleep divorce 👀 A somewhat controversial topic, but one that really shouldn’t carry shame.

Studies show that couples who prioritize their sleep often report less conflict in their relationships during the day.

Because when you’re well-rested, everything feels easier: communication, patience, connection 🤝

Sleep is a basic need, not a luxury.
And sometimes, the best thing you can do for your partnership is get a good night’s rest 💛

Our goal? To find out where and when that sleep will happen.

My advice to parents: stop trying to achieve a certain amount of sleep at a certain time.
