For me, all rests are important but sensory and spiritual have definitely been at the top of my list. With the holidays already being super busy, I’ve learned that the best way to keep my centre is to give myself an actual break. During the holidays this sounds crazy when there’s already so much to do, but giving ourselves permission and grace to move at a new pace is a blessing within itselfšŸ’Ž
