Front desk/Patient Coordinator
We are looking for someone to join our team on a part-time basis.
Location: Atlas Chiropractic, 383 Pacific Ave, Toronto (Junction Neighbourhood)
Role: Patient Coordinator
Schedule: Alternating Saturdays, 8am-1pm, starting November 23rd. Additional hours may be available for coverage.
About the clinic: The team consists of 3 chiropractors and 2 patient co-ordinators. We pride ourselves on providing unique and comfortable care to patients of all ages—from newborns to seniors. Key Responsibilities:
⭐️ Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic
⭐️ Manage appointment scheduling and overall clinic flow
⭐️ Process payments
⭐️ Answer the phone, emails and any patient questions
⭐️ Support the chiropractic team in daily operations
⭐️ Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients

⭐️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
⭐️ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
⭐️ Passion for health and wellness
