Dear friends, colleagues, and fellow food enthusiasts,
I am thrilled to announce that I’ve been appointed as the Corporate Chef for Upfield Canada. I have had the pleasure of working with a wide range of Upfield products over the years, and it made perfect sense to team up with this superb company to showcase all the wonderful plant-based products (Violife and Becel) in their lineup.
This new role not only offers an incredible opportunity to continue my culinary adventures and consultancies but also allows me to put down roots here at home in Toronto.
My dedication to innovation and creativity in plant-based cuisine has been honed through crafting fresh and imaginative menus for esteemed establishments like the Four Seasons Hotels, among other luxury travel brands.
Whether adapting my cooking style to suit the unique characteristics of a region or property, or sourcing and selecting ingredients, attention to detail is highly important when crafting plant-inspired dishes for my discerning clients.
