Nardini Naturopathic

Nardini Naturopathic Offering real solutions to improving your personal health, where our approach is your wellness first. Is naturopathic medicine right for you?

Dr. Nardini, Naturopathic Doctor, is licensed by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. He uses a wide range of healing methods, rooted in naturopathy, in treating his patients with the purpose of addressing their underlying health issues, rather than simply treating the symptoms. Dr. Nardini offers real solutions to improving your personal health. A naturopathic doctor’s approach to medicine is based on prevention, as opposed to the modern model of Western medicine which focuses more on treating already existing problems. This provides for a different experience in medicine than many are used to, since it focuses on promoting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Naturopathy can help people of all ages, genders and ethnicities. Whether you’re looking for treatment for a specific problem, or you want to improve or maintain your overall general health, Dr. Nardini can help you. Watch the above video to find out, or read more about what is naturopathic medicine.

A perfect example of these are the microgreens - young greens that are loaded with antioxidants and other nutrients. Read on to find out what these tiny veggies can do for your health.

You may know microgreens as the delicate, colorful garnish on your overpriced and undersized meal at an upscale restaurant. But science says microgreens aren’t just cuter lettuces – they may be more nutritious.

When we consider how healthy we are, one measure is how often we get sick. Getting frequent colds and flu in the fall and winter months is usually a sign that the body isn’t the healthiest it could be.

A build-up of toxins in the body – from processed foods, unfiltered water, and polluted air – makes it hard for it to perform its normal functions. The body will then go through a detoxification process which can sometimes present with cold or flu symptoms.

It stands to reason that assisting the body to rid itself of these toxins will help it get back to what it does best – staying healthy.

One way to help your body is by ensuring that it has a good supply of antioxidants which help deactivate and remove harmful toxins and their aftereffects.

Have a look at my recent article in which I discuss five of the most important antioxidant nutrients to help keep your body detoxed and healthy, especially during the seasons ahead.

Good nutrition might seem like it’s as easy as not eating junk food and having a few vegetables sometimes. But that notion misses a crucial point – it’s not just what you don’t eat that determines the nutritional state of your body but what you do eat.

On top of that, you could have the best diet in the world, but, if your digestion is not great, you may not be getting everything you need out of your food.

Check out my article to learn about some of the most common nutrient deficiencies, what consequences they could have for your body, and how to correct them.

Malnutrition is a state of the body in which essential nutrients are deficient. These nutrients include macronutrients, like protein, fat, and carbohydrate, and micronutrients, such as vitamins and minerals. A common reason for this is insufficient dietary intake. This can be due to many factors, in...

When we think of doing a "detox" or a "cleanse", we usually think of a days to weeks event that's done periodically - once or twice a year or seasonally.
