The complexities of visceral pain can lead to a lack of understanding and misdiagnosis. This detailed analysis of pain mechanisms with adhesions, supplemented by a comprehensive follow-up and breakdown of the RMTAO course, provides a valuable learning resource for manual therapists and patients seeking to enhance their knowledge of pain mechanisms.
Explore the link between inflammation and pain, and learn how nociceptors react to mechanical sensitivity.

🎻 Musicians in pain—this one’s for you.
After 30+ years working with musicians (and being one myself), I created a workout plan to help with nerve compression, tendonitis, and playing-related tension. It’s detailed, effective, and designed specifically for the demands of your instrument.
But exercise is only half the story—Massage Therapy can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and get you back to playing with more freedom and less strain.
🧠🎶 If you’re dealing with pain from your art, download the routine—and book a session to take your recovery further.
As a therapist working with musicians for over 30 years—and a musician myself—I created a workout plan for a patient struggling with playing-related pain.
