Liberty Movement Studio is run by a doula and hypnobirthing teacher, "Ella Labella". Please check out their postpartum classes.

At Liberty Movement & Wellness center we help parents and children openly explore the mind, body, and spirit. Using a three-pronged approach to our teaching, our classes address the aches and pains of post partum so students feel better each day, we foster a supportive community of friendship, and we integrate child education into our classes to help mothers make informed choices for their families; be empowered and supported in motherhood.
Our in studio post natal program offers classes in Mom and Baby Yoga/ Pilates, Mom & baby Pilates & barre

All our teachers and staff are double vaccinated and our classes are capped to 4 mamas w/ babes. We have a few spots available in our upcoming Pilates Fusion class on Wednesdays @10 am starting in October ! For more info or to register DM us as spaces are filling!
