Hey Folks, here with an announcement!
After 5years of offering Cacao & Meditation Circles I’ve decided to take the summer off from holding these circles.
The brewing Sagittarius Full Moon is offering me some insights on letting go, and embracing some change.
Offering circles takes a lot energy to prepare, output, and decompress afterwards. Sharing and downloading what I’ve learned in my years of Yogic, Astrological, and Cacao studies, as well as the wisdom from many Elders, & Yogis. Leading circles uplifts you and drains you at the same time.
I feel I need some more “ME” time this summer and have more energy available for other creative projects.
It’s my hope come the Fall I’ll feel inspired to re-launch my monthly circles either at my home studio or another exciting space/studio!

It was a pleasure to share Cacao in circle, and teach you all how to be in right relationship with it, in life & in circle/ceremony. As well as how it supports our meditation, healing, & empowerment work.
I will be still be available for private yoga, meditation, & Reiki sessions where I can happily incorporate Cacao into our time together.
I’ll also still be teaching my drop in yoga classes at , , & so don’t hesitate to come for a practice!
